By using the services, you agree to be bound by all the terms in this Terms and Condition of Use Agreement. Please note that we reserve the right to amend this Terms & Conditions in our sole discretion, at any time in order to adapt to technical or legal developments or in order to offer new services or goods. The current version of our Terms & Conditions will be available for viewing on our website via the link “Terms & Conditions” at the bottom of the page.
Log In ID and Password
If you have been issued a log in ID and password in order to access our “Restricted Content”, you may not share your log in ID and password with others. When you use your log in ID and password to access “Restricted Content”, you warrant that you are the authorised user and that you provided accurate information about yourself, your company and other relevant information.
In the course of registration and purchasing a ticket for the event, the buyer will be able to choose the preferred method of payment. In cases credit card purchases, the full ticket price is immediately charged to the provided card following successful purchase transactions.
Once a successful purchase transaction has been completed, the ticket is delivered in electronic soft-copy via email to the email address provided by the purchaser. Some payment methods may require any payments outside the online registration be completed – such as in advance payments – before the ticket can be issued. The ticket additionally serves as a receipt for the transaction and can be used to redeem entry at the event listed on the ticket.
WD Conference Event Refund & Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified, the waiting period to receive a refund for a cancelled registration shall be no more than 30 days upon receipt of your written request to [email protected]. A cancellation fee is applied to all cancellations and subject to bank charges for reverse transactions:
· 50% of the purchased ticket price for cancellation made on or before 31 March 2016.
· 100% of the purchased ticket price for cancellation made on or after 1 May 2016.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the event withour prior notice.
Cancellations will be accepted via email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines. All refund’s requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, transaction number and ticket reference number. Refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
It is possible to transfer your ticket if maintaining the same category of ticket. A written request to [email protected] is required to inform the conference organiser of the transfer, including the name of replacement attendee, along with company name and contact details.
Third Parties Services
In the WD website, you are provided with hyperlinks to other Internet sites or resources, including hyperlinks provided by third party advertisers and sponsors to their products and services. WD has no control over those sites and resources, or over the advertising material presented by third party advertisers and sponsors. WD will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such information, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
The courts of the Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
